The glow strip utilizes a photoluminescent material that requires absorbing ambient light to charge. If your phone has been tucked away in a dark environment, such as a bag or pocket, for a long time, the glow effect will temporarily dim or fade.
If this happens, simply expose the case to direct sunlight or bright ambient light for 5–10 minutes to rapidly recharge its luminous energy.
How long does the glow effect last?
After charging via ambient light, the strip delivers a soft visual radiance in dark settings. The actual brightness and duration of the glow depend heavily on the ambient light intensity, charging duration, and the surrounding darkness of your viewing environment.
Will the case yellow or get dirty over time?

How do I properly remove the A18 Hyper Frosted Case?
- To avoid damaging your phone or the case, we recommend starting to remove the case from the upper-right corner.
- Use your thumb to press down near the camera plateau and gently push the top-left corner outward and forward to detach the case from the phone.
- After loosening the top-left corner, push out each of the remaining corners along the edges, one by one.
